Blabla Sounds consists of two musicians and producers based in Amsterdam. We produce music for film, art, podcasts, brands and more. We furthermore curate music playlists for hospitality and other businesses and organize music events to connect with our audience and other musicians. We undertake these projects with one goal, and that is to inspire people and to help create experiences to remember.

Simone Tijdink

My first memory is my first cello lesson when I was four. I had been living up to this moment, because when I was three, I was still considered too young (or I would have needed a violin for a cello). Many years later, I had been in symphony orchastras, I had picked up singing, discovered rock bands and jazz improvisation and I started producing music. 

As a music producer, I am happy to have the opportunity to integrate all these different styles and tell a story with it, just as I saw in the many movies and their soundtracks that inspired my teenage fantasies. I do the same when I curate music playlists for companies. I fantasize that I’m having an epic night out or slow Sunday afternoon, and what would be the soundtrack to that scene.
